Description

Casa Montjoi have been completly reformed in 2013. Bathrooms, kitchen, new forniture... This house is inspired bythe typical houses from Cadaqués, white walls with blue shutters. The inside furniture is functional, modern, and Mediterranean-style. 

In the house there are two floors.

In the first one we can find a spacious dining room with a large kitchen, occupying aprox. 60 m2 and with a large sea view terrace, ideal for outdoor lunch and dinner. The kitchen has all the necessary electrical appliances, induction ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, many kitchen cupboards and a large storage area.The dining rom has a big table, a chimney, armchairs, and sofas. From here you can access into a chillout area with a satellite television, and big sofas. In that floor we can also find a big room (15m2) with a bed (1.80x2) and a big wardrobe. All furniture is modern and original of Indonesia. Next to that room you will find a big bathroom with a shower. On the that floor we also have a room with a washing machine, an extra fridge, iron, ... There is also a ping-pong table next to that area mentioned. 

On the second floor, there is a junior room with a capacity for 4 people, with two original big bunk beds and access to de terrace with sea view. There's one doble room, with a privated toilet, and a bed (1.5x2m). In that room there is mountain view and an access door to the next room, that it has two individual beds. In case of need, this two rooms can be a familiar room or two separated rooms.The next room is the largest one of the house (35m2), with two big sea view windows, a bed of 1.8x2m and a divan-bed. It can be a familiar room too. In that room you have access to the sea view terrace. The last room is a suite, with a bed of 1.8x2m, dressing room , toilet with a private shower, and a big window that has also access to the sea view  terrace. Finally, in that floor there's another bathroom with a large shower. 

The area of the house is 1000m2 with a wide variety of native plants and pine trees.

In the bottom of the house there is a porch were guests can leave the cars, or can be used as a children's game zone, as a relax space, painting stones from the beach or another 'artistic' activities. 

All rooms has his independent Air Conditionating and heater.
